Return and Exchange Policy
NEWTON MOTION AND FAST MOTION SHAFTS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE.
Please Note: Shipping costs and purchasing of the shipping label for Returns for Refunds will be the responsibility of the customer and all shipments are required to be shipped with a qualified carrier with tracking information. (Please see our shipping policy for exchanges, defective items, or items shipped in error). We do not supply a prepaid shipping label.
Also Note: If your order has been approved for an exchange and then you note on your packing slip, confirmation email, or note, on or within, the packaging, that you are requesting a Return for Refund, you will be charged a $50 fee for the shipping costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
A request for an RMA must be made and approved in order for Newton Golf Co. to process a return. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted without RMA approval.
We only accept exchanges for the same product type. By example, a Motion driver shaft can only be exchanged for a Motion driver shaft. A Fast Motion shaft can only be exchanged for a Fast Motion shaft.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased STANDARD LENGTH SHAFT for any reason, you may return the original shaft for a full refund or one (1) exchange within 30-days from the date your purchased product was marked delivered. If you choose the exchange option, you have 21 days from the date the exchange order shaft was marked delivered to return it for a full refund. No further refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Please Note: We are happy to cut your Newton Motion shaft to your preferred length, but custom cut shafts are not returnable or exchangeable.
Returns for Refund:
The shaft must be in “like new” condition and returned to our facility in its original packaging (tube and box) along with all provided components, including the shaft, the grip, and the adapter (if shipped) and the return must be received by a qualified carrier with tracking information within 30 days of delivery to the address on the original order as entered by the purchaser on our website or by a Newton Golf Co. representative. Original shipping charges, taxes, duties, and any International fees paid by purchaser (if any were incurred) are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your request.
Please allow us 2 business days (not including weekends) to review your request. If the request meets our policy requirements, you will be provided with return instructions via email.
Once we receive your returned shaft and confirm that it is in like new condition, and all necessary components are also included per our policy, we will process your return.
Please note: it can take up to 5 business days to process your return. After the return is processed, your refund will be issued, and it may take up to 10 additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer (15 total business days).
If an item, however, is received by Newton Golf Co., that does not comply with the specific condition requirements, timetables, and dates allowed in our Return and Exchange Policy, the purchaser will be contacted via the customer contact information provided in their original order to determine if they would like the item returned at the purchaser’s expense. No refund will be provided.
All shipping fees incurred to return the item that is shipped from outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, including, but not limited to, shipping fees, import fees and taxes, including those fees that are incurred when shipping Internationally, are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exchange Order, Defective Item, or Item Shipped in Error:

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your request.
Please allow us 2 business days (not including weekends) to review your request. If your request meets our policy requirements, you will be provided with exchange instructions. Orders that were shipped to an address within the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia will receive a prepaid return label; otherwise, return shipping for an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
The notes within the Order Special Instructions box that you listed on your original order will not be applied to the exchange order.
You will need to specify any modifications or specific requests that you have for the exchange order shaft in the Order Special Instructions Box (custom play length, grip size (standard, midsize, or jumbo), club head model, etc.).
Please List "do not install adapter/grip" if you do not want them installed or you have a glue-in club head.
Please Note: We are happy to cut your Newton Motion shaft to your preferred length, but custom cut shafts are not exchangeable.
If an item, however, is received by Newton Golf Co., that does not comply with the specific condition requirements, timetables, and dates allowed in our Return and Exchange Policy, the purchaser will be contacted via the customer contact information provided in their original order to determine if they would like the item returned at the purchaser’s expense. No exchange will be provided.
We will not pay for any shipping fees or other charges related to shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Further, we will not pay for shipping your exchanged item to you if the address is outside of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. All fees incurred to return the item, along with the fees to send the exchanged item to the purchaser on any item that is shipped from, and is going to a location outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, including, but not limited to, shipping fees, import fees and taxes, including those fees that are incurred when shipping Internationally, are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are not satisfied with the shaft you received in your one (1) exchange order, you may return the exchanged shaft for a full refund within 21 days from the date your exchange order was marked delivered (Please see our Return Procedure listed above).
No additional exchanges are allowed after the initial exchange unless the item shipped is deemed by Newton Golf Co., to be defective for its intended purpose. If the item is deemed to be defective, the 21 day return window will not start until you receive a shaft that is deemed by Newton Golf Co., Inc. to be suitable for its intended purpose.
The shaft must be in “like new” condition and returned to our facility in its original packaging (tube and box) along with all provided components, including the shaft, the grip, and the adapter (if shipped) and the box dated received by UPS within 30 days of delivery to the address on the Refunds and Exchanges Form as entered by the purchaser. Original shipping charges, taxes, duties, and any International fees paid by purchaser (if any were incurred) are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.

Play length is measured per the USGA standard defined in Rule 5.0:
5.0 Procedure for Measurement of Club Length
5.0.1 The measurement of length is made with the club set on a horizontal plane while the sole is set against a 60 degree plane, Figure 5.0.1. The length is defined as the distance from the point of the intersection between the two planes to the end of the grip.

If you are not completely satisfied with your standard built GRAVITY PUTTER for any reason, you may return the putter for a full refund within 30-days from the date your purchased product was marked delivered. We do not Exchange Gravity putters unless a product is deemed defective upon inspection by Newton Golf Co. or a putter was shipped in error.
Please Note: We are happy to customize your Gravity putter but custom putters are not returnable or exchangeable. The putter length options listed on our site, and any adjustments of 3 degrees or less to the loft or lie of a putter, are not considered custom. Any other adjustments made to the putter will be considered a customized change and will make the putter ineligible for return or exchange.
